Return/Exchange Policy

 

Returns Policy.

To initiate a return or exchange please email us at help@sootyventurecompany.com  

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  We cannot accept any returns if the product was used and does not have its original tags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items not purchased on sootyventurecompany.com (purchases made via retail partner, must be returned to them directly)

Please email help@sootyventurecompany.com for return authorization. Please indicate your order number, items, and reason for return and we will provide further instructions.

 

Exchanges

Please inspect your product before opening to make sure it is what you were expecting. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the unopened item(s) for a refund within 30-days of the delivery date and place a new order.
