Returns Policy.

To initiate a return or exchange please email us at help@sootyventurecompany.com  

We gladly accept new, not washed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs on any full-priced purchased item.

Once you received your item(s) from Sooty, We think its a great idea to try on, and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly EXCHANGE it for the right item that will fit your needs.  Free of charge!  You may RETURN merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  We cannot accept any returns if the product was used and does not have its original tags.

Please note that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be like new, unwashed, unworn, and contain no alterations.  Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Thanks for joining the migration!
